Having recruited throughout Australia, John is ideally suited to manage our national relationships, particularly focussing on communication and service delivery. Additionally, John actively recruits sales and management positions in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical and consumables roles in Queensland.

Donna Walker

With 20 years of industry experience, Donna is well placed to manage EP Healthcare Southern Region business and provide the high level of service for which Donna and EP Healthcare are renowned. Her move to recruitment 7 years ago was well founded with several years of success in the pharmaceutical industry culminating in a Sales Management role. Her networks are extensive and her uncompromising focus on quality ensures Donna provides service excellence every time.

Karina Stafford

As the NSW Business Manager, Karina brings 17 years of pharmaceutical experience with 'blue-chip' companies to her role. Karina's extensive experience spans Sales, Sales Management and Senior Product Management across Primary and Specialty care areas. Karina has developed outstanding commercial acumen as well as a very thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, the career pathways available and a seasoned ability to identify suitable industry talent.

Robin's industry experience extends from Sales to Senior Leadership roles in established and specialised start up companies. Robin's strong business acumen is underpinned by an MBA and provides an exceptional base of knowledge to draw upon when developing recruitment strategies for clients or delivering candidate programs.

Lisa Buechel

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Allied Health Sciences. Her career began in hospital pathology laboratories and teaching community college medical courses. Ultimately, Lisa's career lead her to join a global scientific recruitment company followed by Account Management of a large pool of ATO contractors. Lisa builds strong, lasting relationships, operates with integrity and honesty and is passionate about the medical and scientific industries. Her overall background and experience allows Lisa to provide candidates with solid career advice and the best job placements.

Deb has over 20 years of sales experience with 10 of those years in the Pharmaceutical industry. Commencing as a GP Representative, Deb quickly progressed to State Sales Management within two leading global pharmaceutical companies. With her training in Targeted Selection, Behavioural Based Interviewing, DiSC and MBTI, she has an unparalleled ability to provide accurate, credible advice to both clients and candidates alike.

Melissa Kruger

Melissa has over 16 years' Sales, Sales Management and Business Development experience in the healthcare industry. Her experience is broad, having covered pharmaceuticals, medical devices and medical indemnity insurance. During this time, Melissa developed extensive networks and a thorough understanding of the healthcare industry, positioning her well to source and recognise high quality candidates.
