Our team

Apart from being one of the founders of EPHealthcare, John is widely regarded as an industry veteran having commenced his recruitment career in the mid 90’s (or before he had grey hair!). During this time, John has shown both candidates and clients his commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service. His recruitment experience covers roles from entry level sales positions to marketing, medical, clinical, regulatory and leadership roles including Directors and GMs. John also provides leadership for our PSA’s, Business Development and projects such as team builds.

With over 25 years of healthcare industry experience, Donna is well placed to manage the EP Healthcare Vic/Tas business. Her move to recruitment 15 years ago was well founded, having enjoyed several years of success in Sales and Sales Management roles in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Her networks are extensive and her uncompromising focus on quality ensures that Donna provides excellent service every time for both Clients and Candidates.

Deb has over 15 years of pharmaceutical industry experience and is therefore well placed to manage EP Healthcare in the SA/NT/WA market. She will provide you with the highest level of service for which Deb and EP Healthcare are renowned. Her move to recruitment over 10 years ago was well founded after many years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Sales and Sales Management roles within two leading global pharmaceutical companies. With her training in Targeted Selection, Behavioural Based Interviewing, DISC and MBTI, she has an unparalleled ability to provide accurate and credible advice to both candidates and clients alike.

Nicola has over 10 years International and Australian sales and business experience with 5 of those being in the pharmaceutical industry.
Nicola commenced her career as a GP representative and Key Account Manager before going on to run the Australian branch of an International export company and co-direct a multinational retail company.
With GP sales and business development experience, Nicola can offer valuable insight into what makes a successful medical sales representative and provide career planning advice for professionals pursuing a career in pharmaceutical and medical sales

With more than 10 years’ experience working within the Medical Devices industry across sales, marketing and medical education Shellie brings valuable knowledge and understanding to support candidates either striving to join or already within the Medical Devices and Pharmaceutical industries. Having ‘walked in your shoes’, she is able to provide excellent insights into each role as well as great tips on how to best prepare for your interview. For both candidates and clients, this leads to exceptional candidate & client care combined with quality service.

Lesley has over 25 years experience working as a human resources professional with multi-national organisations in the pharmaceutical, medical device and IT space, and locally with professional services, government and the not for profit sector.  She is passionate about making an impact through HR – partnering with businesses to deliver results through people strategies that align with their vision and values. Her strengths include managing change initiatives, developing people strategies, designing and delivering effective learning programs, leading complex change programs, coaching senior management teams and managing talent projects.

With over 7 years of GP sales and business development experience, Maryann can offer a valuable insight into what makes a successful medical sales representative and provide career planning advice for professionals pursuing a career in pharmaceutical and medical sales. Maryann offers exceptional candidate & client care and service.

Cathy’s background is a mix of pharmaceutical industry sales experience as well as business ownership. These two experiences have combined well to provide Cathy with a great mix of skills and a depth of understanding for both clients and candidates. She is a highly people-oriented person, ensuring that she is supportive and respectful in all her dealings. In her recruitment career, Cathy has successfully placed candidates into pharmaceutical, medical device and aesthetics roles.

Emma brings the perfect combination of both sales and business skills from a variety of industries, most recently in account management and sales representative roles in aesthetics, healthcare and medical devices.  Her success in these roles equip her with the insight to identify and develop the best outcomes for both candidates and the clients.  With the addition of her experience in high level administrative and corporate support she is able to provide the highest standard of work throughout the recruitment process.  With business coaching under her belt, Emma is a great support as she deals with every new connection, understanding their unique needs and values

Olivera is a highly experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional, with over 5 years of experience working in the Medical Devices industry.

Having worked in talent acquisitions and across multiple industries and roles, Olivera understands the importance of building and maintaining client and candidate relationships by providing valuable talent and market insights.
